Your feedback reaches the people making product calls rather than working its way through layers, and you see what happens to it.

There is no mature playbook here to inherit. You help write the one your area runs on, and you own a surface end to end.

The team works across time zones. Written thinking beats meetings, and decisions get recorded so nobody has to be online to stay current.

Self-custody and on-chain identity are still being figured out in public. You would be defining what good looks like, not copying it.

We are not actively hiring for a specific role today. That changes as the ecosystem grows, so it is worth checking back here from time to time.

The Process

Screening call
A short call to understand your background and what you are looking for, and for you to ask us anything.
Role interview
A deeper conversation and, where it is relevant, a practical exercise based on the actual work rather than puzzles.
Offer
If it is a fit on both sides we move quickly, with no unnecessary extra rounds.
